BarakInFloroda sent us this video of the new ROM that he and Eugene373 are working on for the Motorola DROID. Form what I can tell from the video this ROM has multi-touch support throughout the complete operating system including the home screen.
UPDATE: It would appear after closer scrutinization that the zooming is on photos of the desktop and no the real desktop so as of now I’m not sure where in the system Mult-Touch is implemented, but it is in the gallery app.

Wow … just saw this… WOW.. did people think that the MT was SYSTEM WIDE… heck no… that would be cool… this is implimentation of native apps with MT from the Milestone app.. He screenshots in the video are what was on the phone at the time of testing. They were used to tweet the desktop modifications and theme… I get how this could be confusing as I made it a point NOT to talk about the rom.. Just to let people see what it can do…
If anyone was convinced otherwise I would like to take the time so say sorry not my goal with the video and it’s content.. I will be more clear in the future.
I extend this to androidspin, the members and the news people of the sight…
that said I hope you guys like the rom me and Eugene373 are working to bring you fast stable roms for the Droid, and other android devices….
Over the next few day’s the holidays take over and I will not do much. Hope to start posting some how to’s over the next few days with links to useful resources and videos.
