First images of the Gigabyte GSmart Android phone

These are supposed to be the first leaked images of the Gigabyte GSmart Android phone (if this is indeed the case). Honestly the phone looks a bit cheap to me and reminds me of the HTC Tattoo. Also the technical specifications seem to be at par with the Tattoo: 528MHz Qualcomm processor and a 2.8″ QVGA touchscreen. Android 1.6 will be the OS.

Apart from wi-fi, bluetooth 2.0, 3.5mm headset connector and a 1,200 mAh battery there is no mention of 3G, only EDGE. The only positive thing about this phone seems to be it’s price, which should come in at around $300 without a contract.
