First Impressions
This ROM boots at a decent speed, Full setup wizard works 100% no force closes. Change log looks good including Voice input* and Live wallpapers I was excited to test this ROM out and see these features in action.

Polish And Appeal
Stock this rom has the Nexus One drawer icon and nexus wallpaper, very appealing. As I stated before the ive been waiting for the live wallpapers since I saw them on the nexus, althought most of the stock ones wont load and they just FC. You can download any wallpaper off the Market. Other than those upgrades its a basic eclair rom.

Stability And Speed
The only problems I had with this ROM was the stock live wallpapers most stock ones force closed upon selection. With live wallpapers running a bit of lag on the home screens is reasonable. With a normal static wallpaper this ROM runs fast and stable as most.

Battery Life, surprisingly with a Live wallpaper on it lasted a full day 7am-9-pm 4.5/5
Overall, This home has some new amazing features and good battery life coupled with a slick polish.

there is no voice input on this rom it is just the htc keyboard but if you know how to have voice keyboard working please let me know

see i am wanting voicesearchwithkeyboard.apk which works with manups eclair 2.1 v 1.5 but gives forceclose on this rom i guess cause it dont have the coresponding files cause it is also missing standard android keyboard

Anyone else getting an infinite loop in the bootscreen when installing this ROM? I haven’t had this problem since the first time I installed a ROM about a year ago, any ideas?
I had a similiar issue with this ROM, I had to reformat and partition my ext memory card and do a wipe, then install and loaded perfectly thereafter.

Can I get a review on this that was written by someone with a spellchecker and a SHIFT key?
I used built in spell check on Chrome and Microsoft word but sorry…

I don’t want to be a bit of a cow, but if you want to say anything, I personally prefer constructive criticism.
What I said was reasonably constructive for any website that wants to be taken seriously. The author has gone back and corrected all of the times that he used “i” to refer to himself and some other spelling errors. If there wasn’t anything wrong about it, why did he bother?
I came here looking to read a review about a ROM I hadn’t used. What I found was something poorly written. Why should I take the information contained therein seriously? If the author couldn’t take the time to proofread the review, I can surmise that the same oversight went into the actual review process.
I’m in the business of publishing Masters-level coursework to the web. Trust me, it affects how people digest your content.

if this is king’s rom, then why does it say it’s manup’s in the build # info?????????
