Sort of that is.. Motorola has put this table up on their site, stating when each phone will be receiving their OTA update. As you can see, the Droid is set to have it’s OTA “roll out soon”. At least Motorola has set all these dates up, and has a steady plan on updating their phones.

Ok, so I’m CURRENTLY on the phone with Motorla (800-331-6456, option 1 then 2 then 6 then 5, then say agent). They are telling me that there will be NO updates to android above 1.5 on the cliq. NOTHING!!??!!?? So, my OLD phone has a higher OS than my current phone. WTF? Ok, last Motorola that I will EVER. If anyone is looking for a 1 month old Cliq, I’m selling this POS. Great condition, just want a phone that will have 1.6 or BETTER.
