I’ll believe it when I see it. Been hearing this same line now for about 4 months and the dates keep getting pushed back.

Asad, I just want to make sure you realize what phones the statement “All HTC Heroes” includes. There are at least six other carriers in the U.S. besides Sprint that also have the Hero. I know Cellular South (my carrier) has said they are getting the upgrade, but I’m not sure about Bluegrass Cellular, Appalachian Wireless, nTelos, Alaska DigiTel, or ACS.

Really think I’m starting to prefer AndroidSPIN because you guys seem to cover ROM news better than other places. Thanks!

Mark my dear friend, These are the words of HTC CEO. He said that i didn’t. And There are only 3 types of Hero:
      1.Droid Eris (Verizon)
      2.Sprint Hero
3.HTC Hero.(This is only available in UK market)

The Hero which is on Sprint network. Is also on Bluegrass Cellular, Appalachian Wireless, nTelos, Alaska DigiTel, and ACS. So it’s the same thing .It’s mean that they will get the update too. I used Sprint name because Sprint is one of the largest carrier in USA . As you say that there are six other carriers in US, Only Verizon has the different hero. which is Droid Eris(http://bit.ly/7Khsjb). But everyone else has the same one(http://bit.ly/d0zyxi). I hope you understand now. I am very sorry if you mind
      Thanks !
