Tether, the popular Blackberry application that lets you tether your phone to a PC and use your phone as a internet connecting, is coming to Android. Now we all know most tether apps get pulled from the markets, for obvious reasons at that, but here’s to hoping that this one doesn’t.
According to Tether, this app will allow you fast transfer speeds from your phone to your computer giving you a stable, and fast connection. With the Blackberry version running on both Mac and Windows it’s safe the assume that this will also run on both.
If you would like to sign up for the pre-release beta, make sure to head here with your email, phone, and carrier ready for input.

It’s AndroInica, not Andronica – that points to the wrong site.
And what’s the point of another tether app? We already have the one for rooted phones that is the absolute winner and for non-rooted, we have PDANet. I guess competition is good but it’d have to bring something useful to the table or be free.

I signed up not realizing it would require a 3rd party desktop application which probably won’t be available for Linux. I haven’t rooted my Nexus yet was trying to see if this would keep me away from it for a little while, might just have to go ahead and do it though (built in is SOOOO much better.)

A little grammar would be nice.
