The guys over at Engadget have some news on the Motorola i1. Also known as Opus One.

Apparently the i1 will come equipped with a 5MP camera and not the previously mentioned 3MP. It’s also rumored to have Opera Mini as the default browser. This is another of Motorola’s Android powered (Blur) devices sans Google. Will this be a trend in their future releases?

It looks as though the handset will be launched in the near future for Sprint Direct Connect and Boost Mobile customers.

Let us know what you think. Leave a comment.

Sad not to see another Google Phone. Maybe Google is going to stick with the Nexus one and just make bigger better versions Nexus 2(HTC product) etc.

Sad to see Motorola diverge from what could have helped them. Android is great because of the Google experience. Diverging from it generates something like the back flop.

One this is sure… Im staying clear away from anything Motorola. As incompatibilities seem to be their norm.
