Over at XDA devs and users alike have been working together on a community project known as XDAndroid. The project has already been successful on a few devices and recently there has been a lot of focus on the HTC Rhodium (TouchPro2).
Basically, the phones that run WinMo can be booted into Linux, and for users that want to run Android, that is the good news. There are both .rar and .cab versions of the port and many are reporting mixed results from both. A few months ago, while I had a TP2 as my primary device, I was eager to try the port. For the early stages, it was quite a functional build. There has been a lot of progress in the past few months, heck even the past few weeks.
For now, WinMo are getting the best of both worlds as there are also .cab files that enable a dual-boot menu as well as fastboot (different from what fastboot normally is on an Android phone) and there is also ADB access. The build that is currently running on the project is Manup456′s Eclair build that was designed for the G1. There are many things that were able to work right out of the box, but there are also some things that are still producing problems. For running Android completely off of a microsd card, I would say that this is a great thing for the Android community.
For a complete list of items that work, do not work or to just check out the project for yourself check out the Rhodium section over at XDA.

Awesome I wonder if this works on the htc hd2
I am not sure if the project has migrated over yet, but expect a follow up of the project. It will include a list of devices that currently are compatible with XDAndroid as well as my review of what works and how well things work!

How about the original Tilt (Kaiser)?
IIRC the Kaiser was one of the first devices to have Android ported successfully. More likely than not, it is supported.
