HTCClay has release a modified version of SuperCSDI called superCSDI v4 Remix. He claims to fixed many bugs fund in the original CSDI and you can download it now and give it a run. It’s suppoed to be blazing fast and very stable. We’ll let you know as soon as we test it out.

Black Notification Bar.
Contacts, Cube Multimedia Gallery, Floating image Gallery, Voice Search, Voice Dialer, Wireless Tether. You have to download maps from the market if you use it…My Bluetooth Headset works fine so that is in order.

I was just using Fastest(latest version) and just installed this…i can tell there is a significant increase in speed…everything is extremely smooth and 3D games are flawless…running on MT3G…I would give it a go if i were you, its very nice

This is an amazing ROM, however, I am having an issue updating google maps.
Delete the old Gmaps and then install the new one. It should work. I had the same problem also.
I’m running Cyanogen on my G1 and all I did was download the maps apk and then put in on the sdcard and used a file manager to open and install.

I have been using this ROM for about a week and a half, and I have to say, this is my favorite 1.6 ROM. The speed is just phenomenal. I like it better than Super D (sorry Ben!), but I miss the News and Weather widget from Eclair, although this ROM has features that Super D doesn’t. Otherwise, great job HTCClay. Truly one of the best, fastest, and most stable Donuts out there. The “Almost Nexus” launcher is awesome too BTW. Bottom line? Cool ROM. Flash it. You won’t be disappointed.
