Just yesterday it was reported on AndroidCentral that Verizon Wireless would start accepting pre-orders for the Droid Incredible today, Sunday 18th April. If you go to their site today it states that pre-orders will start tomorrow, Monday 19th April.
So what is going on? Is there confusion at Verizon? Do they have different marketing teams working on Email marketing and site marketing? Highly unlikely.
Oh well, a day here, a day there doesn’t really matter, the phone still won’t be in your hands for another couple of weeks. Let’s hope the stock piles are big as I’m predicting some serious ordering for this phone.
If anybody can shed light on this or has found a way to pre-order the Droid Incredible today, please let us know!
For now, it looks like the mad pre-order rush will start tomorrow.

I think the most likely answer is that pre-orders on verizon.com will begin at 12:01 am EDT 4/19/10, which is 11:01 pm CDT 4/18/10, 9:01 pm PDT 4/18/10. It will be 4/19 in the Eastern time zone, but 4/18 in other time zones.

Just preordered mine on the Verizon wireless site. I couldn’t get to the final shopping cart page for about an hour but it finally went through smoothly.
