I guess today is the day for the HTC Droid Incredible as news just keep coming in from the guys over at WireFly. While they had the opportunity to test out this amazing new device they got a chance to plug it into a High Definition TV and test out the HDMI video performance. If I ever wanted a HTC Droid Incredible, now I just want it more.
The video output from the device is amazing with everything from the screen of the device appearing via 720p High definition video on your TV screen.
UPDATE: Sorry, the video out is Composite, not HDMI as I thought. HDMI is on the EVO.
Check out the short but sweet video below:

Wait… what? Where do you get HDMI? No where does it say anything about HDMI or 720p. It’s an analog composite video output. This is not new, the myTouch 3G has had this for quite a while.
Sorry. My mistake. I have corrected the post.
I guess it was just wishful thinking.

Can you post a link to the cable used here in case new Incredible users want to purchase this cable?

If it is a composite cable then the resolution is most likely (720 x) 576i.
720p can only be displayed on newer connections eg component and hdmi.
