The Verizon Droid Incredible, also known as HTC Incredible and Nexus One cousin. Only 3 days left til the launch of the Droid Incredible.
We know that the Droid Incredible comes with 8GB Internal memory, but we have a shock. As you see in the photo above, that the Droid Incredible will include a 2GB microSD cards as a “limited introductory offer” for those who purchase the first batch of the Droid Incredible.
We don’t know how many Droid Incredible’s will come with a 2GB external memory card, but in front of 8GB, 2GB is nothing.

According to other reports, the Incredible was not initially including ANY sd card. However it was also reported that the phone would not initially be able to access most of that 8 GB so the sd card was a simple compromise. Later on, the phone will access the the full memory obviating the need for an sd card.

Yep… it’s just there for backwards-compatibility with apps that can’t use the internal memory. It’s the least they could do, but at least they did it.

Most mobile buyers already have an SD card from a previous phone. I will be using my 8 GB SD that I had already purchased.

“Meager?” “a shock?”
Come on guys! It comes with a total of 10gb of storage. Can you please tell me another android phone that gives you that “meager” “shocking” little amount?
Didn’t think so.
Thanks Verizon.

2GB sd card is exactly what they should be giving with this phone. As others are saying it will help with backward compatibility and many people will have their own larger card that they either bought or came with their previous phone. Its not worth it for them to put even an 8GB CARD with the device because it will most likely be replaced anyway.
That being said…me writing this is almost as pointless as the article itself.
Good Fu**kin reply. the author of this article is a retard.

It’s a little confusing. How will the user experience of Droid Incredible owners who decide not to go for a micro SD card be impacted?
