Vodafone UK is now taking pre-order for the Google Nexus One online and through it’s stores.  The device will be available through out Europe including; Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and in France.

I’m sure all you guys in the states will be upset to hear that the Google Nexus One will be available directly from Vodafone while we still have to work through the Google Online Store.  Why are we made to suffer?  Who knows!  They obviously worked out a better deal with Google.  What get’s better is that the phone is FREE if you sign up for a £35 pay monthly price plan.

Head over to Vodafone now, place your order and your phone should arrive by May 5th, according to the Vodafone site.

The online site states:

Pre-order yours today and we will aim to deliver by 5 May

Take all things Google with you when you’re out and about. The powerful new Nexus One from Google combines the latest in hardware with the newest Android software – making it super fast for internet browsing, Google Maps, YouTube and more.

Want apps? Check out Android Market. It’s packed with apps for everything – from games, news, weather and mobile banking to Facebook and Spotify.

The Nexus One’s 3.7″ touchscreen is perfect for watching YouTube, enjoying photos and viewing websites. And if you’ve got Google Mail, adding all your accounts is easy. All this in a slim, stylish phone available exclusively from Google – on our fast, reliable network.

  7. Gee thats tough. I really feel for you fellas who are not in the UK :D

I’ve had a Nexus One from day one running a Vodafone SIM and the combination is the dogs danglies. Absolutely brilliant. All you soon-to-be Nexus One/Vodafone owners are going to be well rewarded the wait.

I am just wanting this phone to sell well enough. I have one in the states on AT&T (and a backflip sitting in a desk drawer). It is a terrific phone.

I don’t care if it outsells everyone else, just that it does well enough for Google to keep it going, and by that I mean as technology progresses, producing more capable phones.
