LG Ally site goes live, gets some specs

0

It’s a placeholder no more, LG’s site for Ally is chock full of…Iron Man movie tie-ins? It did take a bit of hunting, but here is what we know so far:

  • Stock Android 2.1
  • Slide out QWERTY keyboard with directional pad
  • 3.2 megapixel camera, possible flash next to the lens
  • 3.2″ screen
  • Bluetooth, GPS, wifi
  • Live wallpaper

Additionally, Ally will come pre-loaded with some custom apps:

Life360- Track your family and send emergency alerts at the touch of a button

Wikitude- A futuristic version of Wikipedia with augmented reality

Hoccer- The easy way to send data from your phone using a simple throwing gesture

The phone seems pretty good on it’s on merits, the aggressive movie partnering is a bit off-putting. What do you think?
