Cellular South has announced that they are going to announce the new line up of Android Smartphones. Not a single phone, a line up. I hope the line up will come with at least 4-5 Android phones. I think Cellular South is taking Android serious. Folks over at Android and Me has done some editing with the photo (you can see the photo above), and the result will amaze you. If the photo is real, then according to Android and Me, this phone is the Motorola Milestone, also known as the Droid, Verizon Droid. Why? because after zooming the pic (you can see the photo below), we can easily see the mic hole and upper bezel of the slide-out at the bottom.
I think the Motorola Milestone is going to be the game changer. Well, Verizon now got the Incredible, and i think they are not showing any attention to the Droid/Milestone. Currently there is only one Android phone on the Cellular South network, and it’s the HTC Hero. The one similar to the Sprint Hero.
So let’s see what Cellular South is up to? Are they going to launch some good Android handsets?
By the way Milestone is not a bad choice. What do you guys think?

As a Cellular South user, I’m kinda excited about it. The Hero has served us well but it is a bit laggy and I think we are all ready for something a little better. Plus, you would be hard pressed to find a carrier that offers the coverage and plan that Cellular South offers(120/mn for unlimited voice/text/data{really unlimited, not unlimited to 5GB}).

Actually you have the price wrong. $120 a month will get you 2 lines of service on the Hero with Unlimited Voice, Data, and SMS at Cellular South. Just one subscription is $80 a month for unlimited service on the Cellular South network. The second line you get at half off.
