So please feel free to check out zonewalker.com/acar and make a donation to this developer for creating a great and very useful app and to keep him developing. Without developers Android would not be what it is today…….Absolutely Amazing!

Important Note: Please be warned if you’re having an Android 1.5 phone and want to upgrade from 1.x versions to 2.0.x!! Because of a bug in Android 1.5 (issue #2047), which has been already fixed in Android 1.6, you will need to uninstall your current version (1.x) before installing 2.0.x (actually a clean install must be done). Please make sure you’ve taken backup of your current data (using built-in backup feature of aCar accessible from Import/Export CenterBEFORE uninstalling, otherwise your data will be wiped out as well (a standard Android behavior when uninstalling any app).

Failing to do a clean install of aCar 2.0.x on Android 1.5 phones will lead into Force Close and unusable application, and your data will no longer be accessible!

Please note that clean installs on any Android 1.5+ phone or upgrades on Android 1.6+ phones are quite safe.

i payed for the app along time ago, its a cool app, looks like its made alot of upgrades in the last couple of months. i quit useing it back in feb because i was swapping roms alot and even w/ backups i kept loosing alot of the data.

also since to get pro it required you to enter this realy long code each time you re loaded it it was a pain. would have been better to have a free and a payed version. that way it’d be unlocked soon as you re download it.
