ZXTeam have released an update to their HERO 2.1 ROM taking it to version 1.4.4.

hey can you guys get a video of this running? i’m not sure if i should install this or not, i’ve been interested in this rom for a while, i’m not sure if i want to go through the trouble of installing it though if it’s kind of slow. and if you do get a video, make sure it isn’t a “fresh” install, but a video of the speed after everyday use.

Hey Yay. You know you want to flash to it just to test it out! Why wait for someone to make a video. Just go crazy and make one yourself. Become “that guy” that flashes all the new ROMs just to make a cool nifty videos for all the world to see. Have fun. You can always go back to you backup if its too slow. Its like 20 min of your life.

pretty fast for a hero rom. ill stick with it for a couple of days to see how it does.
fail sauce on that one. youtube didnt like the linux format apparently. Ill see what I can do to get it reuploaded.

I have been using ZX Team’s 2.1 Hero since it came out. The best Hero 2.1 out there right now! It’s fast and stable, which is something I can’t say for the other Hero ROMs I have tried. If you like Sense, this one’s for you! Still get HTC and loading screens occasionally, but the performance on this Sense ROM is just superb. Great job ZX Team! Thank you!

I am having trouble signing into a google account. During initial setup it is greyed out and when you go into settings -> accounts later, google is not one of the options. Am I missing something here?
