If you’ve been waiting for a good deal on an Android device, you can’t get much better than free, right? As pictured, you have the choice of Motorola Droid, LG Ally, or HTC Droid Eris. This sale applies to new activations and family plans upgrading the primary line. Other existing plans might still be eligible for an upgrade which will be determined by Verizon Wireless.

Sale ends midnight Sunday!
