Adding to the ongoing battle between HTC and Apple in their patent infringement suit, Apple is suing over a new feature in HTC’s new Sense UI feature. What feature do you ask? According to the suit, the “system for real-time adaptation to changes in display configuration.” To current Sense UI users, they seem to be refering to the Leap function in which allows the user to pinch the homescreen allowing you to see all of the desktop panels on the homescreen at once.

This makes me hate Apple even more… somehow. Say what you will about their products, but their business is just evil. So essentially, Apple wants to sue anyone who has a competitive, viable product. So no other company can have the ability to quickly switch between desktops, just because Apple says so. BTW, those patents don’t even seem to apply, unless you count the user as an I/O device. Darth Jobs just gave me another reason not to buy his company’s products.

I can hardly contain my excitement at the fact crAPPLE is grasping at straws. In the 3 years since that iClone has been out it hasn’t changed all that much, but no matter.. the sheep still keep sleeping on the bricks for it and keep trying to act like they love the phone while putting it on eBay 6 weeks later. On another note, I hear they finally got wallpapers now.. something I’ve have since before my Nokia 3310 back in 2001. Going to have to keep my Android phone as there is nothing better… yet.

Honestly why get upset if Apple has done good with most of their products why hate on HTC? Why not just let it be and see what people prefer. If Apple Is Very Confident About What They Do, What’s The Problem? Competition is Good! It helps Technology grow! Why try to cripple the Evolution of Technology? Selfish is what I think. What ever happened to what we learned as kids growing up,SHARING IS CARING.. Japan has technology way more advanced! Do U Ever Wonder Y? Cause They’re Smart They Look At the bigger PICTURE. apple are just being pricks, the reason 4 what they did is because its taking them forever to update the iphone and push out the phone. all google needs to do is come out with an mp3 player that will destroy them and they will have the lead. apple cant keep anymore and is obsolite. ANDROID IS THE BEST OS BY FAR. i had iphones and there crap. sorry apple. u just dropped in my book.

Its amazing to me how many ways one might go about investing your money. I’ve found for me that best solution is both risky and low risk stocks. I normally put about half of my investments into low risk mutual funds that grow over time plus the other half in high risk high gain stocks.
