You can pre-order the next member of the Droid family starting today at Best Buy or Best Buy Mobile. Best Buy nabbed the pre-sale three weeks before the launch date on July 15th. The Droid X was officially announced by both Verizon and Motorola on Wednesday and has done nothing but impress since then. This device will easily sell out, so go grab your spot in the pre-sale today.

I called my local Best Buy and they are not offing presale for the Droid X. They said they will be but not today. =(

My local Best Buy is offering the presale, however their computer does not show my account eligible. Even thought Verizon is allowing anyone eligible for an upgrade through 12-31-2010 to do so early, Best Buy apparently cannot do so. Bummer.
