I just got one of these for my Nexus One, and when I plug it in to my PC, it starts complaining about an unknown USB device, and a failed driver installation. Then it randomly plays the “connected”/”disconnected” sound over and over until I unplug the cradle. (All this happens even before I plug the phone into the cradle, which by the way doesn’t seem to make a difference)
Seidio’s response was to soft-reboot my device, even after I told them my device wasn’t even part of the equation.
exactly the same, did you find a solution?
It was the hardware. I got a replacement and it works perfectly.
I agree with your points:)
