T-Mobile and Samsung have officially announced the Samsung Vibrant. This device is set to launch on July 21st for $199 with new 2-yr service agreement and is packing a lot of heat. T-Mobile really needs to step their game up seeing how AT&T has already announced a similar device, the Samsung “Captivate.” The “Vibrant” is set to launch with some great things under the hood. Amazon’s Kindle app, The Sims 3, MobiTV and James Cameron’s “Avatar” just to name a few, are to come preloaded onto the device.

Since this device is coming to all major U.S. carriers, I’m sure we can see a difference in what is pre-installed and exclusive to the carrier itself.
