We could be seeing the Motorola Droid 2 soon and with that you might as well throw out your original Droid. According to this image, the Motorola Droid and the Motorola Devour are being put to sleep. DroidForums have received an image showing us that theses devices have limited or are not receiving any shipments from vendor. The good news is that the we could see the Motorola Droid 2 very soon and hopefully with Android 2.2. The Droid series is getting a makeover, with the HTC Droid Incredible and the Motorola Droid X, it is clear that Verizon has standards and the Motorola Droid 2 will join the 1 GHz processor club.
