The version depicted is a model above the (US$99) M001 that I own. These tablets are awesome value for the low price. They are sluggish at times (300MHz), but for $125 they are 4 times the size of an iPod Touch and cheaper, too (where I live anyway)…..with functionality much closer to a laptop than an iPod.

They rund Android v1.6 with a tablet mod known as “WMT SDK 1.7.4″.

Seriously, if I’m going to buy a tablet, I’ll want it at least as powerful as my nexus one.
Lower than 2.2 isn’t really feasible either, as I think you really need flash to make these things fly (eg, viewing tv over the web using the tv company’s website is my killer requirement, I don’t think even ipad need apply).

Also, a 9″ screen. 7″ just seams mean. At least it doesn’t look _too_ bad, although it’s hardly svelt.

Waaay too slow for me. I agree it has to be at least 1Ghz to be worth my time. I have 3 G1′s and they feel completely sluggish, even running Cyanogen’s Froyo. G1 Quandrant gets a 367 with 2.2. I can’t imagine it’s CPU trying to push to a larger screen and keep up.
