Samsung Shows Developers Some Love By Releasing Captivate’s Source Code

Samsung’s open source release center has been open since April 2010 and it provides the open source code for Samsung’s software since April 1st. Samsung has been making the best of their success with the Galaxy S by being very interactive with their customers via their social networking sites. They have released the source code for the Samsung Captivate, also having been released for sometime now, the Samsung Vibrant source code is available, as well. They have definitely stepped their game up with their public relations and to us customers, it really makes us respect them more for doing so.

Head to the Samsung open source release center and at the top navigation bar, select “Mobile.” Then, in the code selection, look for the code you want.
