This morning has been going well so far, the T-Mobile G2 was announced and we received an email that revealed some codenames of future HTC devices. These names most likely won’t stick, but we could see these name choices attached to a device sometime in the future. If you already know more information about these devices, feel free to hit up our email address because we would love to know more. OK, here they are in the order in which they were received:

  • HTC Speedy
  • HTC Blitz (CDMA)
  • HTC Mecha
  • HTC Spade

Keep an eye out for these names and the device that might be attached to it. Obviously since we don’t want to give away the person who tipped this information, we’ll simply call this person the “HTC codename revealer.”

Thanks “HTC codename revealer!”

How about these codenames folks?

Or perhaps it’s a large, flat and thin device that has the power to break through the Earth’s crust with ease.
