Samsung has confirmed that they have sold over 800,000 devices in Korea, but that’s not why we’re here, right? They have also announced their new white Galaxy S which comes with a polished white back, chrome bezel and black front. Currently the white Galaxy S is only being sold on SKT in Korea, but that could change. Lets just hope that an all white Galaxy S can make it across the pond. All white Vibrant anyone?

White is fine by me, but its really nothing that we would have to wait for Samsung to give us. There is nothing special I see here as its just the flimsy plastic backing.
I personally feel that the gloss is a mistake with regard to the thinness of the device. It ends up feeling to slippery and would have been better with a rubberized backing. Hell maybe even a large gloss edging with a rubberized center to set it apart.
Either way that pretty white backing is getting covered up by a cased to protect my precious.
