With all of the tablets set to be unveiled at the IFA event in Berlin, Huawei managed to successfully slip in four new devices without any leaked images before hand. These entry-level devices are designed to be easy on the wallet but still bring the latest firmware that most devices today are currently shipping with.
Huawei Ideos
- This device will be running Android 2.2 and is said to “redefine” entry-level devices as it implements high-quality hardware and software with a high price-to-performance ratio. Depending on the market, the Ideos will be priced at $100 and $200. As you can see in the image above, this device will come in various colors.
Huawei U8800
- This will bring Android 2.2 along with HSPA+ capabilities with maximum speeds of 14Mbps. This device is also to feature a 3.8″ widescreen display and will include hotspot capabilities.
Huawei U8500
- This device will be launched with Android 2.1 and comes in a smaller form factor with a 3.2″ display.
Huawei U8300
- This device will also feature Android 2.1 and is aimed at the younger crowd, even children.
Pricing and availability have not yet been announced, but we could be seeing these devices hit Europe, Asia and possible the U.S.
