
While yesterday we reported that Samsung Mobile Spain pegged October for a Froyo release, T-Mobile UK has said that their Galaxy S will see Android 2.2 by the end of the month (yes, this month). This is great news for T-Mobile UK’s Galaxy S users being that the end of the month is less that 2 weeks away. When the update finally becomes available, user can download it through Samsung Kies.

Here’s hoping the update for your device comes sooner than later.

Does that mean Samsung has fixed Kies then? I think froyo has been out for a while straight from Samsung unless I’m mistaken. I could tell there was a firmware update available but the problem was that Kies couldn’t work properly with the Galaxy S. Well, that is from my experience and reading round a few forums. Any help with getting Kies to work etc would be appreciated.
Get the latest version of Kies and it shouldn’t be a problem.
