Samsung Galaxy Player Advertisement

We haven’t really heard about the Galaxy Player (YP-G50) since its unveiling at the IFA. Now Samsung has released a commercial of its first portable media player powered by the Android OS. The PMP is expected to go on sale this month in many regions but apparently, one French retailer is already selling it.

YP-G50 runs on Android 2.1 OS and features 3.2-inch screen, 2MP camera, DLNA, Wi-Fi, 8 or 16GB internal memory, microSD card slot, GPS, SoundAlive, DivX support and FM Radio.

How many of you will be picking up this device?

Bleh looks like crap in comparison to the YP-MB2 that was supposed to be released but Samsung decided to scrap the project when it was so close to an official launch and give us this piece of junk that is too small and has crappy specs like a 3.2″ LCD screen and it doesn’t even have the Hummingbird Processor.

The french retailer listed it for pre-order.
