
All signs from Samsung pointed to a mid November release for the official Froyo update to all our friends operating a Galaxy S in the UK. With nothing truly being confirmed from the Samsung until just recently. Check out the following tweet:

So there you have it UK. Finally getting your Froyo on. Now I wonder how long it will take them to start taking care of the 6.5 million Galaxy S users here in the states. I know I am anxious to have some of the new Youtube and Gmail love. Aren’t you?

There is definitely not 6.5 million Galaxy S devices in the US.
Damdung recently annoinced 7 million devices with about 2 – 2.5 million in the US.
Theres reports on xda of it alredy rolling out for the tmo samsung vibrant as of this evening……i just use eugenes macnut release for my froyo fix on mine though.
