Google Maps receives an update, now at version 4.7

Google maps updates it application tonight moving it to 4.7.0. This update brings you Rate places as you can see and a snazzy little on screen widget to help you “Rate Places” you are currently in. This is pretty nice really. A person can now search for say a restaurant and see what others have rated it. With the widget on screen you can quickly rate a business that you are in at the time. If the prices are terrible and the food is just as bad you can easily tell the world.

This should help all of us get to places that are going to serve our needs better.
