Google Books app finally Launched

If the Kindle app just isn’t enough eBook goodness for you, Google has just launched its much anticipated Google Books application today. Here are a few screen shots for your viewing pleasure.

As you can see there is a wide variety of categories to choose from. Price’s are inline with the paperback versions but with out the headache of packing a book on that long road trip. In the settings you can also adjust from a white background to a black background. I feel the black background with white writing is easier on my eyes. You are also given the choice of font type, text size and spacing. You will easily be able to customize your reading experience to suite your individual needs.

We must not forget, this is a Google application. Once you install the application it will sync with your Gmail account allowing you to view all your books from any internet capable device. Simply sign in to your Gmail account and select MORE > BOOKS > Go To Google eBookstore Now.

Viola, you now can browse and read the books you currently have or browse for new books to add to your collection. They will sync through your Gmail account and you can access them anywhere you are.
