Is the Nexus S going to T-Mobile? As I was looking at the Nexus S phone specs via Google’s phone gallery I seen the following:
It appears to me that T-Mobile will be the only carrier at this time getting the Nexus S.
What do you think? Will T-Mobile be the only carrier to receive the Nexus S? Let us know in the comment’s below.
Update: Best Buy has announced pricing, and is confirmed to be on the T-Mobile Network.

Tmo only since no 850&1900 3G support!
It makes since! Thats how the nexus one started
I am thinking the same thing.

From other rumors I’ve read that make sense the phone will be out on TMo because Google isn’t selling the device directly anymore, but the device will be unlocked. Which would still make it GSM only.
Yea, I don’t see this in a CDMA version, however Google could have anything up their sleeves.
hmmmm………seems to that the Nexus S doesn’t support SD cards!

well about time t-mobile stepped their android game up. im still with my g1, waiting for a worthy successor
Cheap ass……
Yea, it seems it is time for you to upgrade, however I would shop around if I was you, because based on what I am hearing about this phone it is as crippled as your G1. LOL. I would go with the myTouch 4g as it is fast, reliable, and overall a great design. Just my 2 cents.

It’s not T-Mobile only. It’s T-Mobile 3g only. You can still use it on other GSM carriers, just no 3G. Don’t know why they decided to do that, but whatever.
Well, that is correct, however why would you want a phone that has a crippled data connection? We are in 2010 not 1998. I don’t know why companies can’t stay up to date with all the technology, especially Google as there innovation is what has now become the world’s most loved OS on a mobile platform.
Keep in mind that it might be the same as the vibrant,It doesnt say that it supports those bands, but the vibrant works fine on at&t 3g.

This is essentially the samsung galaxy s, but the no sd slot and slightly degraded video camera kind of hold it back. I don’t think google is really getting the hang of this phone business
