As if the anticipation weren’t enough already, Motorola has posted a full technical specs sheet for their upcoming tablet behemoth. While we still have no idea when we’re going to see the Xoom, they did confirm it will be offered in both GSM and CDMA. Other than the radios all the tablets are exactly the same which means the price drop for the $600 WiFi version vs $799 cellular version is just the price you pay for extra mobility. For a complete technical specs on the Xoom check out Motorola’s website.

I want one but I will wait for thew price to come down. The price is to high. It should be around $499.99. So we will wait.
I Said this before and i’ll say it again, Android Os is Free, and unlike WP7 which charges licensing of it OS. Apple’s iPhone 4 off contract is $700, iPad cost about $250 roughly to make. I don’t understand. There is no licensing fee for the OS, and if anything hardware should cost about the same as the iPad to build. The Xoom should not cost more than $699 with the 4g raido. even then I think its pushing it ,because it ipad prices still look better to the average consumer.
Well, I think the price is a little steep, I would like to see at least $100 knocked off the price of each. However, at the risk of sounding like an iFanBoi, I will have one in hand on release day. I’ve been wanting a tablet for so long now and this is finally one to get excited about.
I’ve been so close on many occasions to just getting a NOOK or Tab with the intention of selling it when this comes out. I just don’t know if I can wait long enough.
