It seems our little green friend was caught bullying the competitors again. This time he was caught by the tech analysts at comScore, and what’s worse is he’s not stopping. New statistics say Android has finally overtaken Blackberry for supreme ruler of the smart phone world, just barely edging them out by less than 1%. I think now is the time to bring out a “Fast and the Furious” quote: “It doesn’t matter if you win by an inch or a mile; winning’s winning.”.
As you can see from the graph above, the Android OS has been constantly growing. Of course you can also see everyone else, besides Apple who seems to be in a perpetual loop, is on a constant decline. This is great news for us, although we can’t really act surprised. However, with the new iPhone hitting Verizon and this chart being a solid month behind, who’s to say the crown hasn’t been reclaimed. I’d like to think Andy has this handled..
