Ready for mayhem? Chaos in the streets? OK, OK, I might be exaggerating a little bit. However, it’s at least guaranteed to be epic. Sony Ericsson is preparing to unleash the officially licensed Playstation phone, the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, on the UK market. Since the leaks started rolling out and the first couple of glimpses were seen, Sony fans, and avid gamers in general, were addicted. Although the hype has settled down do to SE’s clam shell like behavior, they’ve promised to remedy that with some nifty addvertising and offering six pre-loaded games.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is set to launch on all mobile carriers, mobile retailers, and possibly some game retailers in the UK. With a around three weeks to go, you have plenty of time to wait and see how Sony follows up with the promises within this awesome announcement.

Pay for this and enjoy Android 2.3 because a year from now thats what you will still be running, while SE puts the device as EOL as they are promoting their NEW product. Despite abandoning this product they thank their testers/customers for making their NEW product the best!
you know at this point, unless you have a nexus, expect one ta two updates on your android phones! that’s kinda just how it’s been goin!
