With all the announcements and advancements popping up from the Google I/O event, I didn’t think it would get any better for the attendees. Apparently I was wrong. Yesterday everyone walked aways with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, that is a pretty big deal all by its self. Now we have just learned that Samsung and Verizon have also given everyone their latest 4G LTE Hotspots device.

Reported specs put this hotspots delivering between 5 – 12 Mbs, some reports are coming back at clearing over 20 Mbs, that’s faster then my home connection. That is sure to keep the Tabs connected along with all their personal laptops and devices they are carrying around.
But wait theres more. Not like these guys aren’t already spoiled enough, Google just announced that everyone will also be receiving a free Chrome Notebook! Those devices aren’t currently waiting for them to walk out with, but should be available by June 15th. I am assuming it will be the newest device by Samsung, since they seem to be the dominating force behind everything else.

I bet all you guys that had to cancel your trip this year are kicking yourself right about now. It is all very impressive and much deserved. Many of the attendees are great developers and with all this new hardware in their hands we should see many new things from them. Enjoy your new toys everyone.
