It seems that while HTC may be provided a temporary roadblock in development regarding their devices LG has released theirs in the open state we’re use to. LG’s most recent device, the Revolution, hit shelves yesterday and has already been rooted. The guys over at RootzWiki managed this feat by using the rageagainsthtecage method which gained them super-user access. Although we’ve yet to see a source code it seems that the Revolution is well on its way to seeing some custom integrations. For starters how about gathering up the bloatware and hitting the delete button.
