With the success of CyanogenMod 7 on the Motorola Droid X, other members of Verizon’s droid line are now seeing the same treatment. cvpcs is now working on getting the Motorola Droid 2 a working version of CM7 with plans of merging the finished product into the main CM branch, which would mean nightlies are sure to follow. To keep track of updates in this project as well as future ventures be sure to follow cvpcs on twitter.

I'm an avid technology lover. My first Android device was a G1; I fell in love (except for the battery), next I got a Samsung Captivate; error in judgment on my behalf, now I've moved on to the MyTouch 4G; which I absolutely love. What started with me just needing some kind of phone to use, i.e. free G1, ended with a new addiction.... I also enjoy long walks on the beach and luxurious bubble baths.... Oh wait.
