Samsung Galaxy Tab Gingerbread Kernel Source Now Available

With news of Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy Tab getting a Gingerbread update rolling out today, more good news has come our way. Samsung has now released the Kernel source code for this update, allowing for further modifications for future ROM and Kernel releases. While this won’t be of any use to the average user, its gold for developers seeking to give us the overclocking, extended battery life, and other enhancements to make sure your Galaxy Tab experience is the best it can be. A copy can be obtained by visiting Samsung’s Open Source Developer Center.
