Viber Makes Its Way to The Market – Linking 12 Million+ Users Through VoIP

If you have been looking for a FREE way to cut your cell phone minutes down, this might just be it. There is no shortage of competitors on the market trying to get your service for VoIP. Many have ads, others want you to pay for service plans and even the carrier branded ones will use your minutes for WIFi calls. Which sort of defeats the purpose. Then you have services like Skype. You have to add contacts by user ID’s or Skype name and then have the person you want to talk with approve you. Viber does all of this a little differently.

They provide FREE VoIP calls and text messaging via their application. The app is free and the service is free with NO ads. Your friends or family members do need to have the app installed as well for this service to work, but you don’t need to add them to a list. Viber uploads your address book for you and your phone number is your ID. This makes life super easy. Add in 20 million current subscribers, with 12 million active in the last 30 days and cross platform support, you have the makings of greatness. There are also no international charges, which is pretty standard on most VoIP services, but still a very important aspect for many.

      Hi,

      need some support on Viber, the MTK platform dose not support AEC algorithem and so is Viber apk , can you please advice as our produts have strong echo when making a call on Viber
