Last week Google announced its new music blog style website, Magnifier. Offering weekly updates to some of the Google Music teams favorites and helping you too discover new music that you can actually have and not have to steal. Today I went back to revisit the site and see what other goodies it had to offer. Along with the main tabs at the top, there is quite a bit more to the site then most realized. One of the sections that I found is the Free Song Archive. This is where the Google Music guys have archived their favorite songs, separated into various categories, making it easy to find your style and genre.








[...] There is an event set to take place on November 16th called “These Go To Eleven.” Obviously a take on amplifiers that have an 11 on their volume knob. I have had a couple such amps in my day. The event should be the launching and official info on Google’s latest venture into a full-fledged online music store. Judging from the screen shots that Ricardo from TechnoDroidVE was able to get, you can get a fairly good look at what to expect. The music purchasing service will be a new addition added to our Android Market. So searching and locating music will be similar to what we are already used to for apps and games.
