Droid Bionic recovery could save you after a messy attempt to root

One thing that I have always loved about my Vibrant is how easy it is to use ODIN to essentially unbrick my device when I mess it up. With the newly released Droid Bionic, I am certain that somewhere out there, someone has probably messed things up. It happens from time to time and even to the most careful of users. You are in luck though, everything is set up and outlined in easy to follow instructions to help you recover your Bionic after a, shall we say, snafu.

The full outlined instructions can be located at briefmobile. The basics are the same as they were for previous Motorola devices that used RSD Lite to recover the device.

Snag the Bionic drivers
Snag the files that need to be flashed
Plug the device in to your PC
Load the files
Save your $500 investment from becoming a paper weight

Although the actual instructions are a bit longer, you get the over all idea. So if you have managed to nearly have a heart attack, or afraid to tell the wife you messed up your new phone, head on over to Briefmobile to get it fixed. Isn’t technology wonderful!?
