With all the
Ice Cream Sandwich talk, we almost forget that
Google TV is in the works for some big changes. It is getting close and
Samsung is still on board. Samsung will be unveiling its products next year at an event after
CES. That is pretty much all the information we have so far, but it is enough to get us just a little excited. There is also no word on when or where we might see hardware from other partners such as LG. Last year’s show showed us Vizio and Samsung’s efforts, but according to TV division president Yoon Boo-keun, Samsung’s services will differ from the rest. So something to look forward to folks. I know a lot of us are looking forward to the OLED TVs that Samsung will have displayed in Las Vegas in January, in which I am jealous for all of you that are going to the event. Who wants to start a Google hangout when you are at the event so it will be like I am there?
