If you’ve finally got your hands on a Verizon Galaxy Nexus, here’s a bit of news that might bring a smile to your face. Remember all that hooplah about Big Red opting not to include Google Wallet on the G-Nex — the “pure Android” Google phone? Well, strike one up for the Android community yet again, as it has been discovered that Google Wallet can easily be installed on the Galaxy Nexus, provided your device is rooted. All you have to do is download ROM Manager from the Android Market and you can find and flash the app with no problem. You even get $10 worth of bonus cash when you sign up. Take that, Verizon!
What do you think about Google Wallet? Can you use it in your area? If not, would you if it were ever available?
