Streamified aims to bring all your social streams in one beautiful Journal

Keeping tabs on all of our social feeds can get to become more of a job than anything else. Between Facebook, Twitter, and RSS feeds a person can easily get lost for hours without even realizing it. There are a number of various apps out for Android already that offer a one stop shop experience, even if thy are not always the most visually pleasing. A new app called Streamified, is looking to improve how you view your streams while also making it visually appealing.

The application isn’t out quite yet, but the quick look you get to see on the sign up page is pretty nice looking. It will be available for iPad, iPhone and Android.
