The images that were snagged don’t offer too much information, but there is a tid-bit that stands out as different from the current device on Verizon and around the globe. Apparently, unless it is a misprint, the GNex on Sprint will be bumped up to 1.5GHz. I wonder what other adjustment they have made.
Sprint has some pretty big plans set into motion this year at CES. With CNET having promotional material like this already in hand we can only bet there will be an announcement next week to make it official. That just leaves us lonely T-Mobile and AT&T customers to wonder what the story is. Will either of us be getting a GNex device, or will we be passed by for something different. I can’t imagine they would stick to the SGS II and Skyrocket as their “Big Thing”.

I have a feeling that AT&T will get the Galaxy Nexus then 3 weeks later, they’re going to release the Galaxy Nexus Skyrocket or something like that.
I really think Sprint won’t be getting the phone until they get more of their new LTE up and running.
