For those of you waiting for the new physical keyboard bad boy, the Motorola Droid 4, looks like it will run you about $249.99 with a new 2-year plan with Verizon. The road map above  also shows pricing and releases for the Droid RAZR MAXX, the white and purple Droid RAZR, and the LG Spectrum. So who is staying with the physical keyboard and getting the super thin Droid 4?
