From a users perspective I was very pleased with Revue. Sure it could have done more for the price they were asking for it. Now that it finally has Honeycomb I feel like the experience has expanded. It is almost like a whole new device. Since I am not an overly needy individual my primary use is Netflix, Plex, and Logitech Media player. Which all work well in my opinion. I don’t have cable and don’t intend to ever pay for cable again. I don’t even use it for YouTube or the web at all. I guess I am not big on using my TV as a PC when I have a laptop and desktop close at hand.
We say farewell to you Revue and thanks for giving it a shot. The second generation of Google TV devices are already shaping up to be everything the Revue was not. Be on the look out for some high-powered units soon, along with another high price tag.
